Through situational awareness and or tactical training, we will educate you on how to recognize and address real or perceived threats. This instruction will exponentially increase your mental and physical capabilities to address a fight, flight, or bite situation. We are here to make a fundamental change in how women perceive their ability to defend themselves.
Historically, women were taught that their personal safety
largely depended on how they dressed; that wearing certain clothes
would attract unwanted attention. Women were taught that if they wore heels,
they would not be able to run from a threat.
Why get sweaty? You can walk away!
Learn how to improvise those heels as a weapon. Wear the shoes you want
...in fact, here at PFC , we will always
SUPPORT A WOMAN'S RIGHT TO SHOES!
This mobile curriculum is available for corporations, groups, clubs,
gyms, and organizations. One on one private instruction
is available at home, office, or at any suitably sized space.
Course content is age appropriate.

Where is the best place to leave your keys at night?
Why do you need to see the tires of a car in front of you at a stop light?
Why would you keep one eye closed before you walk out into the dark?
If you know the answers to these questions, you are a SURVIVOR!
Answers:
Keep your keys on your nightstand. The panic button will set the car alarm off, and attract attention, even if it is in the garage.
If you can see the tires of the car in front of you, there is plenty of room to pull around in case of a car jacker or other danger.
When you go out into the dark, open the already closed eye and close the open eye. The first will already be adjusted to low light and the second will adjust quicker.
